Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may be longer during high-volume sales periods, holidays, or new product launches.

Estimated Delivery Times

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Packages
